Spoke to Ashley who ended up putting me on hold for about 20 min after I stated all I was complaining about. Only to have another representative come on the phone after 10 mins to say thanks for calling how can I help u..

told her I was speaking to Ashley, was placed back on hold then hung up on.. So I called back and was told there were no notes of previous call..So I stated everything all over again and recived a reference number and told someone would get back to me in 5-7 days..

Wow.. Thats not the customer service I expect to get from a great hotel
